This is an outstanding product. It arrived well packaged with clear instructions, was easy to set up and run and has been easy to clean and maintain. It may be possible to make better manually with professional units but this makes great drinks for a moderate to heavy home volume or a moderate office. It is easy to get supplies and parts appear to be readily available if I get to a point where I need them.
